Assignment: Pick a phrase or series of words and practice saying them over and over to calm your mind, preferably under a set of disrupting circumstances.

Now, Iatrabbeth prefers to meditate in the water and is deathly afraid of fire, so she's practicing her phrase (written on the wall in blood) on the cold stone floor, surrounded by candles while a shaky lit chandelier hangs precariously above her head.
